5 Responsibilities one holds being a Problogger

Its said with great powers comes big responsibilities. When you become the care taker of your own house you just don’t think of your need. To keep them happy to fulfill your need. Sometimes you have to sacrifice your own need.

Why do we do so? Because we are humans or because we have 1.5 kg of brain stuffed right on the top ? ,the answer to both would be no, You do it because you dont move alone on the path having all the fun, spreading the knowledge is the key.

Reading two posts 10-requisites-for-professional-bloggers from Daniel and and 10 + 5 requisites-for-professional-bloggers from Darren made me thought of one thing!

What responsibilities one hold being a problogger ?

I am not pointing out to anyone but being a successful and influential problogger one attains a major thing , the same thing when one become a president of a country

“Its called as Power

So again, What responsibilities one hold being a problogger? My Humble views

1.Being a Leader:

When his experience make another blogger successful, others see him as a leader. They see him as a leader because they have faith on him and sometimes they trust him even with eyes closed.

So what you write should be given a matured thought. I dont have to suggest anything to probloggers but its one who can make people think, at least once, “yeah he is right”. So a problogger must know what he says because he is an icon to bloggers.

2.Managing The Control:

Probloggers control a massive amount of bloggers , both experienced and fresh. They don’t control by choice but by their self true influence which is amazing. So a problogger have to manage the control, both on the bloggers to give them the right direction and keeping the moral of guiding them for their benefit.

3.Carrying A Future Vision:

With time everything changes, even air we breath does. If probloggers cant see the future or even cant predict the changes to come…they will loose the leadership not because they wanted to but because of being outdated.Lookout for the changes not only that happens in blog-sphere but in the industry.

Everything is interconnected, if bloggers don’t learn to change according to trends they wont survive. Future vision should be carried with probloggers experience and updated with his or her own interest. Keep it fresh.

4.Passing the ethics of Blogging:

Blogging is no different from life. What you sow is what you reap. If you don’t teach your child what he did was wrong he might be the future “Mafia”.It is said, “Responsibility of the present generation is to make the next generation a success and one step ahead”.

Pass the ethics of blogging in your words. Tell them whats wrong, (No one can bind them to what you say but this is all you can do). Teach them to be unique, respectful, humble and share your mistakes and experience in blogging.

5.Lastly, Push some responsible people up to become the next generation probloggers:

“Heard about Digg affect?” I know you do , but ever heard about “Probloggers affect” , I guess no. It’s said “If i write something after one problogger did, people will say “hah” i read this at his post what you got?”.

There are talents all around the world…when you see someone doing well even if he is writing in your domain, lets say “Blogging” Judge him or her, if one has talent push them up. Give them the ladder, not in direct way but an indirect ( Why ? it will save you from being judged as partial) .New bloggers have to struggle a lot even if they have talent because people don’t pay the attention to him. “Why are you trying to copy him?”, they don’t see his talent. Such bloggers need the help of probloggers. Do you push them?

No conclusions no ending, just ideas and experience of my blogging and my views when I see the probloggers.
