Picasa Now you can add collaborators when you invite via Email
As more of google tools are getting tightened, Picasa Web Albums now let you add people as collaborators when you invite them bu sending them an email.
This is an excellent feature which helps you inviting a predefined group in case you are doing a group project and let them make changes. Also you can later on change it when you need it. You can find more details on Collaboration here Via GOS
