Associated word search on Twitter ( Real time )
If you are looking for an alternative twitter search ( real time ) then you got to try Cloud.li. There is not much of fancy work here but it does what it says. It generates a real time associated word cloud for your search term.
I said associated because it doesn’t actually find that particular term but anything which had been used around it. Here is an example :

Since twitter is more about verb ( what you are doing ), the search result is more like a tag cloud of peoples activity on something. If you are more of analyst you can actually build a chart of these things and find out what people love to do more. Give Cloud.Li a try
