As I started writing my experience on Blackberry the requirement of taking screenshot and small video was becoming a necessity and luckily googling took me to BBScreenStream : A screen casting / recording software for blackberry mobile. This software can record all the steps you do on your Blackberry phone and save it as AVI file.

You can change the resolution from 1:1 to 2:1 or 3:1 and replay the recorded video in your computer to get a preview of how it will look. Before running this software connect your BlackBerry mobile via USB. In case you have secured the content via password you will need to provide it when the application prompts. This application required Javaloader.exe which you can download from BlackBerry Java Development Environment Component Package. When you launch the program just point to the Javaloader.exe to this file.

Apart from this you can use BBScreenShooter, an application which takes screenshot of your BlackBerry mobile which is again useful for explaining or writing articles. This will also require Javaloader like BlackBerry Screen Stream
