Create temporary Alarm / Countdown on your browser
If you dont want to use an alarm clock application then here is one online service which will let you set an alarm right on the browser with nothing to be installed. E.GG time lets you add http://e.ggtimer.com/2minutes (Add count down time at the end of the url) and it would start beeping once it is done.
Here are more examples :
- http://e.ggtimer.com/5years3months
When you dont use hour , minutes or year month syntax it assumes the number is in seconds. The timer runs in a square box and it keeps filling the boundaries as the time reduces.
Now the question is where do you use it ? There are couple of usage for this:
- Like Manav does, his alarm hits for every 30 minutes and he checks out how much productive he was in last 30 minutes.
- I use it in the morning. I have like 1hr 30 minutes on an average before I have to leave for office. This works perfect. I just set it up and leave it.
