RIM has officially launched BlackBerry Theme Studio, an Official tool to create your own personalized theme for BlackBerry theme absolutely free of cost. Though in market you would find lot of pro themes which are sold at a good price but if you really dont want to buy you can download a copy of BlackBerry Theme Studio and make it one for yourself.
