Do it Later : Check solutions and send reports for Windows problems
Checking solution when something crashes in Windows is always a good option to troubleshoot then and there but in case you don’t have problems you can do it later on as scheduled maintenance work.

Windows Vista Allows you to find solution for your windows problem later. It maintains the list of all the programs which were not reported and there was no soultion found for them. GO to Control Panel > Problem Reports and Solutions.

Here you would get number of options of which See Problems to Check is where we need to go. Once you open this you would find all the problems faced by windows according to program name. You can select any of them and find a solution for it.
Error Reporting
This error report is sent to Microsoft and if there is any possible solution you would get it back.
