Last night I had an effective discussion with my Godfather / Guru -昨天晚上我已經一個有效的討論，我的教父/大師- Tushar Telichari說法Telichari and We were having some discussions on Audience and who reads our blog and who are they actually .和我們有一些討論，對受眾，誰讀我們的博客和他們究竟是誰實際 。 This morning I read an article which was circulated in office and that co-incidentally came on Audience too.今天上午，我讀了一篇文章是在辦公室傳閱，並共同來順便也對受眾。 That made me to think a lot.這使我想到了很多東西。 I would like to share it with you all today.我想分享與大家今天。
What is an Audience ? 什麼是受眾？
Audience is not just one person or a group of person but right person or right group of persons with whom you can make an effective communication.Whether you are writing an article or an email, a sms or preparing a presentation you need to think about your audience.觀眾不僅是一個人或一組人，但權利人或權利的一群人同他們可以作出有效的communication.Whether你寫的一篇文章或電子郵件，短信或準備介紹你需要想想你觀眾。
What is Effective Communication ? 什麼是有效溝通？
Effective communication is “ Right message in Right Manner at Right Time to the Right Person ” In Blogging World ,We right articles everyday.有效的溝通是“ 正確的信息在權利的方式恰當時機合適的人 ”在博客的世界裡，我們每天的權利的條款。 We try our best to send our views, share our experience with our readers and blogger friends. But before writing an article have you ever thought “What is An audience ?” .我們盡最大的努力把我們的意見，分享我們的經驗與我們的讀者和博客的朋友。 書面形式但在此之前的一篇文章有沒有想過“什麼是受眾？ ” 。 I would say “What” and not “Who” as I am trying to ask if we truly know the meaning of the term Audience.我想說“什麼”而不是“誰”作為我想請問，如果我們真正知道一詞的含義受眾。
Ask yourself these questions before you write your next article. 問問自己這些問題之前，你寫你的下篇文章。
- What does my audience know ?什麼是我的觀眾知道嗎？
- What does my audience need to know ?什麼是我的觀眾需要知道的？
- What does my audience expect ?什麼是我的觀眾呢？
- How will my audience react ?如何將我的觀眾反應？
- Will my audience disagree with me ?將我的觀眾不同意我嗎？
- How might I persuade my audience to agree ?我怎麼可能說服我的觀眾同意嗎？
- How can I make myself clear ?我要如何讓自己清楚了嗎？
- What specific examples will illustrate my points ?哪些具體的例子說明我的點數？
- How can I inform, amuse, educate, entertain or motivate my audience ?我該如何告知，遊玩，教育，娛樂或激勵我的受眾？
The last question depends on the purpose of your communication.最後一個問題取決於你的目的是溝通。
One of the most important aspects of effective communication is to think like your audience.其中最重要的方面，有效的溝通是覺得喜歡你的觀眾。 Its like 它像 if you want to design a game 如果你想設計一個遊戲 , play the game first . ，玩遊戲第一次 。 Do not assume your audience knows what you will write or has the same knowledge or information.不要以為你的觀眾知道你會寫或具有相同的知識或信息。
Always be clear, be sensitive to your audience needs. 總是很清楚，敏感與您的受眾的需求。
The questions which I have shared with you , not all is mine.這些問題我已經與大家分享，但並非所有的地雷。 As I told you This is a part of an article which I read this morning and there was no reference to the author.正如我告訴你這是一個部分的一篇文章，我讀今天，也沒有提及作者。
