i dont think it will be up for xp, since their goin to stop supporting it soon in the future. w7 takes advantages of alot more things then xp also. which in my experiences for the past day were pretty good as a new os. boot/shutdown has sped up over 2x faster. youd probably a better description from a site or forum cause im still looking into windows7.
