You can have Camtasia for free but only the version 3 of it. First download the demo of Camtasia Studio 3 (3 camtasia studio) here (Click) and then you need to make a request for registration key from Techsmith here. You will need to add your email id on which the key will be sent to you. Then you can convert that demo mode into a full licensed version of camtasia studio
