@Mark : it should be the i386 folder. They pick up some files from there which they use for references. Can you give use more details or leave a screen shot at our support center

Where exactly are the Windows Setup Files that this program asks you for? I thought it would be Service Packs/i386, but it’s not and I’ve tried a few different places with no luck. Can you lend a helping hand please? I did install this once before and had trouble back then as well, but somehow figured it out. However, this time, I am stumped, aggravated and tired.
