Downloading images from a website was never so easy

Downloading Images from a website had always been a pain for normal users. Open the page, scroll here , scroll there, right click download etc etc. Though we had talked on how you can save all the images quickly using firefox but then it downloads all small big images  and then you need to sort and delete.

OutWit Images is one good solution for solving the above problems This Firefox add on allows you to see all the images in one shot and then you can drag and drop the images you like at one place. Once done just hit save and all the images which you selected is right on your hard disk.

Surfing and Save images

As you can see above, it opens a URL and downloads all the images. These images you can see as thumbnails and move right to left to see all of them. If you like to save it just drag and drop in the Catch which is the panel right below where you can see 4 images.

You can view a slide show of all the images one by one and you can empty in one click if you are not satisfied with your selection. Moreover any time you change the URL you dont loose the images in the catch even if you haven’t saved it.

I did a google search for car wallpapers in Outwit but you can still see the images in the catch from the previous url. So you need not to worry about loosing your images if you frogot to save it from the previous url.

You can configure it to save all the images in one go by using Auto catch. But there is more to it. Auto catch has lot of options which are useful. You can specify some rules like image size, orientation, keywords in the URL , file formats etc. This way you can just surf and save all the time.

Auto save images as you surf

You can configure this auto catch to save all images automatically via option called as Auto save. It saves all the images which you had added to the catch directly into a predefined location.

Overall this is a must have Firefox extension is must have if you download images a lot. SO dont wait for anything  just get the OutWit Images now
