Era of SEO Optimized Videos might have just begun

Interesting and something which will definitely change the shape of search result and way creating videos in future. Google Speech Recognition technology has started finding words in you tube video and as of now you can use this  iGoogle gadget to search some terms in the political channel of you tube videos.

in Their own words “The gadget only searches videos uploaded to YouTube’s Politicians channels, which include videos from Senator Obama’s and Senator McCain’s campaigns, as well as those from dozens of other candidates and politicians.”

Some thoughts that is running in mind

  • As more videos get indexed will they be merged with web search or just be kept in Video Search.
  • Adding more videos to blogs will become a common feature as words getting indexed will result in getting hits to main web sites also.
  • Will they way we record videos will change ? Are we looking forward to Era of SEO Optimized Videos ?
  • Definitely Google will not be restricting it to just You tube videos and they  should be expanding it more.
  • How about Ads getting displayed according to the words indexed  on those videos ?
  • What do you think  ?
