Risky Roads is an online service which lets you find how much a road had been  prone to accident and it goes to level of street address and national highways. The heat map is shown on google maps with dots of colour from yellow to red, where red signifies the road to be very unsafe.

Each of this dots has lot of information in it about that particular street.  When you click on it, you get the details on number of fatal accidents, drunk and drive cases, hit and run etc. You can see the sample below.
