New Flickr Uploader allows Video uploads for free accounts too
The popularity of Flickr doesn’t need any description. Flickr Uploadr is a nice tool for uploading photos to your Flickr Account, The latest version of Flickr Uploadr, version 3.1.3, was recently unveiled.
Several issues in previous Flickr Uploadr versions were resolved with the arrival of this version 3.1.3, this new version has another good news for Free account holders, even the free account holders can upload videos to their Free account, however there is a limitation, free account users are allowed to upload 2 videos each month (90 seconds max, 150MB per video).
This new Flickr Uploadr is simple to use, like the prior versions, as shown below.
According to the new version release information page -
- New version will let the Mozilla based Browsers on Windows to experience faster upload.
- Issue, which was faced by some users during the Sign-in process, has been rectified.
- Another issues where some users couldn’t get the Upload button, is too resolved.
- Members working behind a proxy server can now access Uploadr.
- In the earlier Mac version, IPTC data was not transferred to Uploadr in some cases, this exists no more now.
However, certain issues are still present, hope these do get resolved soon. Meanwhile, try this version as of now, and enjoy a dead simple interface for seamless upload of photos and videos to your Flickr Account. Download the Flickr Uploadr for Windows and Mac OS X, here.
