Free PDF to Text Converter, is an awesome small application, which helps you to convert PDF files in Text (.txt) format.

Small setup (less than 6MBs) is to be downloaded, and during the first launch it will ask you to get the Keycode, and you can get it by entering your email address, within few minutes you get the keycode delivered in your inbox, and later you can enter the keycode, using the ‘Register’ button of Free PDF to Text converter.

Now, the PDF files can be added for conversion using the ‘Add Files’, batch processing is supported, so you can choose multiple files if you want.

If you don’t need the text for whole PDF file, you can convert specific pages, specify the page number, or you can specify page numbers in the form of from page number –page number, i.e. (3-6 etc.).

It also allows you to convert PDF files to Text by right clicking the PDF files; you can even drag and drop PDF files to conversion window for PDF to Text conversions.

Conversions are done at a fast rate, takes almost no time to convert even large PDG files (multiple pages).

As stated on the product page, it supports multi-language conversion: English, French, Spanish, German, Italy, Dutch, and Portuguese as well.

This application works fine on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 as well. However some functionalities don’t work very fine in Windows 7, but conversions can be done with same efficiency, like drag and drop PDF files to the Free PDF to Text window for conversion, doesn’t work in Windows 7, but if you add files using the ‘Add Files’, the conversions can be done.
