Free Screen To Video: Small, Full Featured application for screencasting
There are several options for screencasting, here is another small but full featured screencasting application, Free Screen To Video.
Setup file for this application is around 4Mb and once installed and launched you get to see a window like this.

Now, you are ready to create a screencast, choose the area to be captured using the ‘Area Capture’ button, which gives you options as shown below.

Now choose the video format for your capture, FLV, AVI, WMV, SWF are the available options.

The mouse button allows you to decide the visibility of mouse cursor in your videos.
If you want to enable the audio as well, you can do it as well using the button in bottom panel as shown below.

The configuration button can be used to choose the video format, audio on-off and Fps (Frames per second).
Once done with these, click on the Start button, F10 to stop and F9 to pause the recording.
Free Screen To Video is one of the easiest way to create screencats, give it a try.
