Gas Stations with Google Map

Engadget got a breaking news that Google is expected to announce partnership with Veeder-Roo to add Google Mapping service which will available on the pumps screen. The gas stations which are Internet enabled will be availing this service across the US. A traveler should be able to find

  • Local landmarks
  • Hotels and restaurants
  • Hospitals

On the top they will able to print directions so you can have a copy and just go where you want. I am not sure how Google is planning to make money out of it but we will have to wait till they come up with solid features.
