Google Noticeboard : Create public digital noticeboards
Google Labs India has launched another community like service which they call as Noticeboard. This applications follows the same principle of noticeboard where you can put your notice and is available to public but this is now Digital.
Along with writing a message you can also record a message and put it online and share it with people in your community so every one gets the message in the community.

You can use any of the email ID and you will need to create groups or what they call it as villages. Once your record the message and post it, it gets delivered to all the members.
