This is one topic i was looking to write on for a long time.As per my reading goes most of the bloggers,analyst say you can measure a blog cost by the amount of linkage,content and traffic they have.But this doesn’t mean u can write junks!!.This is one issue which every experienced persons on blogging had said “Content is the drive”.True Enough!.

And now the main thing which i was really excited about when i saw,this could be new to many readers or may be bloggers too.So here we go.Look at the figures below…

The Story Behind

This was developed By Dale Carlson,as he says in his blog

“Inspired by Tristan Louis’s research into the value of each link to Weblogs Inc, I’ve created this little applet using Technorati’s API which computes and displays your blog’s worth using the same link to dollar ratio as the AOL-Weblogs Inc deal”

Then i visited the Louis’s Research page which has some serious data.At the end i will be giving the link but this is what is the summary of what it says.

“Many in the blogosphere say that traffic is not a good measure of what blogs are but that conversation, as represented by links and indexes like Technorati, represent a more accurate view of the value of a blog. As a result, I decided to look at how may sites were linking to sites in the WeblogInc empire.” (via ti.net)
