his is a very handy trick if you just want to copy comment from already filled in and formatted cell to another cell in excel without additional formatting. han er en meget hendig knep hvis du bare vil kopiere kommentar fra allerede utfylt og formatert celle til en annen celle i Excel uten ekstra formatering. The fist step is to copy the cell completely. De første skritt er å kopiere celle helt. Then select the cell where you would like to paste the comment. Now right click and click paste special and select only comments. Deretter velger du cellen der du vil lime inn en kommentar. Nå høyreklikk og klikk Lim inn spesielle og velg bare kommentarer.

Thats it. Dvs det. You would see just the comments getting copied. Du vil bare se kommentarer bli kopiert. So if you have need like this dont forget the magic paste special. Så hvis du har behov som dette dont glem det magiske lim spesielt.

I am working for a call center and we use Excel to add the details of all the work done during the shift. Jeg arbeider for en samtale og vi bruker Excel for å legge til informasjon om alt arbeidet gjøres i løpet av skift. We also get downtime for break and meetings and we have to add some comments for what we have taken the downtime for.(Eg, if we have gone for break, and we take 50 minutes downtime. So we have to add a comment saying that, 'gone for break'). Vi får også nedetid for pause og møter og vi må legge til noen kommentarer til hva vi har tatt nedetid for. (For eksempel hvis vi har gått for pause, og tar 50 minutter nedetid. Så vi måtte legge til en kommentar som sier at "borte på pause). We have total 180 agents who are using this Excel sheet. Vi har totalt 180 agenter som bruker dette Excel-ark. Is there any formula which can copy only the comments of the agents on different worksheet? Er det noen formel som kan du bare kopiere kommentarer av agentene på ulike regneark? I even know that I can do it by using paste special, but opening the Excel sheet of 180 agents and copying the cell which has the comment is not possible.
