Recently we underwent training for Microsoft Silverlight and we needed  to install Silverlight tools for Visual Studio 2008 . Recientemente se realizó la capacitación de Microsoft Silverlight y necesarios para instalar las herramientas Silverlight para Visual Studio 2008. We downloaded Hemos descargado Silverlight Tools for Visual Studio installer Herramientas de Silverlight para Visual Studio Installer and started installing but it halted on my machine as I don’t have internet connection availble on my machine. y comenzó la instalación de detenido, pero en mi máquina que no tengo conexión a internet disponible en mi máquina. This was a problem because anybody who wants to do it will not be able to install unless he or she has internet connection. Then we started spoofing where the Silverlight tools setup was pointing to ( on internet ) and we found it was trying to download Entonces comenzó la suplantación de identidad cuando la configuración de herramientas de Silverlight se apunta a (en internet) y encontramos que estaba tratando de descargar Silverlight 2 Developer Run time Silverlight 2 para desarrolladores en tiempo de ejecución . We guessed that since the developer runtime was installed on the machine, the Silverlight Tools for Visual Studio installer will not connect which was not the case. There was nothing else left except to connect internet and at this moment one of our teammate came with an idea saying like any other installer it must be creating a temporary folder before installing and it will download the Silverlight 2 developer runtime in that. No hay nada más excepto la izquierda para conectar a internet y en este momento uno de nuestro equipo venía con una idea diciendo como cualquier otro instalador se debe crear una carpeta temporal antes de instalar y descargar el desarrollador de Silverlight 2 en tiempo de ejecución que.

We immediately tool a look at the temporary folders ( %TEMP% ) and bingo it had a folder called as Silverlight Tools RTW .  This can solve one problem that we can put the Developer runtime exe there but since the Silverlight tools will still look to internet it wont work . Inmediatamente herramienta un vistazo a la carpeta temporal (% TEMP%) y bingo que había una carpeta llamada como Silverlight Herramientas RTW. Esto puede resolver un problema que puede poner el tiempo de ejecución del desarrollador exe allí, pero desde la herramientas de Silverlight todavía mirar a Internet es costumbre trabajo. However since the setup was some kind of archive thing we were able to extract it and thats it. Sin embargo, como fue la instalación de algún tipo de archivo que hemos podido extraer y thats él.

One of the The extracted file was named Vs_silverlight_tools.exe . Uno de los el archivo extraído fue nombrado Vs_silverlight_tools.exe. We just ran it and Silverlight tools was installed. In Short the VS_Silverlight_tools.exe either did not check if the Developer runtime was installed or may be it did. We were not sure on this but anyway our problem was solved. Sólo corrió y herramientas de Silverlight fue instalado. En el corto VS_Silverlight_tools.exe o bien no comprobar si el desarrollador en tiempo de ejecución se ha instalado o puede ser que no. No estábamos seguros de esto, pero de todos modos nuestro problema se resolvió.

I cant provide you with a screen shot here as I cant take anything out of my office and I cant simulate the same thing on my machine at home. I cant le proporcionan una captura de pantalla aquí que yo biselo la toma nada fuera de mi oficina y me cant simular la misma cosa en mi máquina en casa. But this should solver your problem.
