Recently we underwent training for Microsoft Silverlight and we needed  to install Silverlight tools for Visual Studio 2008 . हाल ही में हम माइक्रोसॉफ्ट Silverlight के लिए प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त किया है और हम दृश्य स्टूडियो 2008 के लिए Silverlight उपकरण स्थापित करने के लिए जरूरत है. We guessed that since the developer runtime was installed on the machine, the Silverlight Tools for Visual Studio installer will not connect which was not the case. हम से विकासकर्ता क्रम मशीन पर स्थापित किया गया था कि, Silverlight उपकरण दृश्य स्टूडियो Installer के लिए जो मामला नहीं था कनेक्ट नहीं होगा अनुमान लगाया. It again was trying to connect to internet. यह फिर से इंटरनेट से कनेक्ट करने की कोशिश कर रहा था. ( I guess Microsoft should fix this by at least checking the version installed ). (मैं माइक्रोसॉफ्ट कम से कम संस्करण स्थापित की जाँच करके इसे ठीक करना चाहिए) लगता है.

There was nothing else left except to connect internet and at this moment one of our teammate came with an idea saying like any other installer it must be creating a temporary folder before installing and it will download the Silverlight 2 developer runtime in that. इंटरनेट कनेक्ट करने के लिए और हमारे टीममाइट के इस एक पल में छोड़कर चला गया और कुछ नहीं था एक विचार यह स्थापित करने से पहले एक अस्थायी फ़ोल्डर का निर्माण किया जाना चाहिए और यह है कि में Silverlight 2 विकासकर्ता क्रम डाउनलोड करेंगे किसी भी अन्य इंस्टॉलर तरह कह रही के साथ आया था.

We immediately tool a look at the temporary folders ( %TEMP% ) and bingo it had a folder called as Silverlight Tools RTW .  This can solve one problem that we can put the Developer runtime exe there but since the Silverlight tools will still look to internet it wont work . अस्थायी फ़ोल्डर्स (% Temp%) पर हम तुरंत उपकरण एक लग रहे है और यह एक फ़ोल्डर Silverlight उपकरण RTW के रूप में बुलाया था बिंगो. इसका मतलब यह है कि हम वहाँ पर से Silverlight औजार अभी भी इंटरनेट से दिखेगा के डेवलपर क्रम exe डाल सकता है एक समस्या का समाधान कर सकते हैं यह अभ्यस्त काम करते हैं. However since the setup was some kind of archive thing we were able to extract it and thats it. लेकिन स्थापना के बाद से इस बात का संग्रह हम इसे निकालने के लिए और यह thats सक्षम थे किसी तरह था.

One of the The extracted file was named Vs_silverlight_tools.exe . एक निकाले फाइल के Vs_silverlight_tools.exe नाम रखा गया था. We just ran it and Silverlight tools was installed. In Short the VS_Silverlight_tools.exe either did not check if the Developer runtime was installed or may be it did. We were not sure on this but anyway our problem was solved. हम सिर्फ और भाग गया Silverlight उपकरण स्थापित किया गया था. यदि डेवलपर क्रम स्थापित किया गया था लघु में VS_Silverlight_tools.exe या जाँच नहीं की थी किया जा सकता है. हमें विश्वास है कि इस पर नहीं थे, लेकिन फिर भी हमारी समस्या सुलझ गया था.
