Recently we underwent training for Microsoft Silverlight and we needed  to install Silverlight tools for Visual Studio 2008 . Recentemente, realizaram treinamento para o Microsoft Silverlight e precisávamos para instalar o Silverlight ferramentas para o Visual Studio 2008. We downloaded Nós baixados Silverlight Tools for Visual Studio installer Silverlight Tools para o Visual Studio instalador and started installing but it halted on my machine as I don’t have internet connection availble on my machine. e comecei a instalar, mas deteve-lo em minha máquina, assim como eu não têm ligação à Internet disponíveis em minha máquina. This was a problem because anybody who wants to do it will not be able to install unless he or she has internet connection. Este era um problema porque ninguém que queira fazê-lo não será capaz de instalar a menos que ele ou ela tem ligação à Internet.

Then we started spoofing where the Silverlight tools setup was pointing to ( on internet ) and we found it was trying to download Então nós começamos o Silverlight spoofing onde estava apontando para ferramentas setup (na internet) e encontramos ele estava tentando fazer download Silverlight 2 Developer Run time Silverlight 2 Developer Run time . Then we downloaded it and installed. Então ele baixado e instalado.

We guessed that since the developer runtime was installed on the machine, the Silverlight Tools for Visual Studio installer will not connect which was not the case. Nós adivinhado que, uma vez que o desenvolvedor runtime foi instalado na máquina, o Silverlight Tools para o Visual Studio instalador não irá ligar, que não era verdade. It again was trying to connect to internet. Ele estava tentando se conectar novamente à Internet. ( I guess Microsoft should fix this by at least checking the version installed ). (Acho Microsoft deveria corrigir isso, pelo menos, por verificar a versão instalada).

There was nothing else left except to connect internet and at this moment one of our teammate came with an idea saying like any other installer it must be creating a temporary folder before installing and it will download the Silverlight 2 developer runtime in that. Não havia nada mais resta exceto para conectar internet e neste momento um dos nossos colega veio com uma idéia dizendo como qualquer outra instalação que deve ser criar uma pasta temporária antes de instalar e ele irá fazer o download do Silverlight 2, em que o desenvolvedor runtime.

We immediately tool a look at the temporary folders ( %TEMP% ) and bingo it had a folder called as Silverlight Tools RTW .  This can solve one problem that we can put the Developer runtime exe there but since the Silverlight tools will still look to internet it wont work . Nós imediatamente uma olhada na ferramenta pastas temporárias (% TEMP%) e bingo ele tinha uma pasta chamada Silverlight como Ferramentas RTW. Este pode resolver um problema que possamos colocar o desenvolvedor runtime exe lá, mas uma vez que o Silverlight ferramentas ainda irá olhar para internet ele costuma funcionar. However since the setup was some kind of archive thing we were able to extract it and thats it. Porém uma vez que a instalação foi uma espécie de arquivo coisa fomos capazes de extraí-lo e thats ele.

One of the The extracted file was named Vs_silverlight_tools.exe . Um dos O arquivo extraído foi batizada Vs_silverlight_tools.exe. We just ran it and Silverlight tools was installed. In Short the VS_Silverlight_tools.exe either did not check if the Developer runtime was installed or may be it did. We were not sure on this but anyway our problem was solved. Nós só ele executou Silverlight e ferramentas foi instalada. Em Breve o VS_Silverlight_tools.exe não quer verificar se o desenvolvedor runtime foi instalada pode ser ou já o fez. Ficamos não tem certeza sobre esta matéria, mas mesmo assim o nosso problema foi resolvido.

I cant provide you with a screen shot here as I cant take anything out of my office and I cant simulate the same thing on my machine at home. Eu cant fornecê-lo com uma tela aqui como eu cant tomar alguma coisa fora do meu escritório e eu cant simular a mesma coisa sobre a minha máquina em casa. But this should solver your problem. Mas isto deve solver o problema.
