Inside Google Search Settings
Not sure if we noticed it late but seems like Google has given a global option where a user signed into his Google account can set his or her search settings. This is availble under new menu settings in place of My Account link which used to appear on top right of the Google pages. My account settings appears just below it.

The search settings allow you to set preferences for the following :
- Interface Language
- Search Language
- Safe Search Filter
- Number of results which can be more then 10. Pretty cool for people who hate paging but love scrolling.
- Option to open result window in new window
- Query Suggestions
- Option to use Search Wiki.
Allowing users to define Google search settings globally for themselves is really useful for many and users should get some notification about it from time to time.
