Is it a Holiday Today ?
Not sure if you need to go Office today ? Or may be somebody said we don’t have all school closed tomorrow….Hmm may be its a holiday today and We do have a service now which can just tell you if its a holiday or not when you just hit it open.
This tool reminds me of another dead simple service Is it down or its just me, which finds if the site is just not loading for you alone.
Is it a holiday today also maintains a list of holidays which can help you to find if any holiday is coming up, however most of the holidays listed are applicable more to US and Western countries. If they can create country specific list and also show users from specific countries only, it would be awesome. Check out Is it a holiday today
