Novo has launched the first 3d Webcam which is compatible with most of the IM systems i.e. Skype, MSN, Youtube etc. It can connect to your PC via USB port. The web camera software which comes long with Minoru software has stereoscopic anaglyphic processing that lets you be seen in three dimensions.

However to view yourself in 3D you would need a red and cyan 3D glasses which comes free with this 3d webcam ( 5 pairs ). But if you dont have the glasses, Minoru is as good as any other normal web cam. It comes at a price of  89.95$
