Online tool for text case conversion
We have talked about Primitive Case Changer, a small light weight application which helps you to change the case of any text on the fly. Here is another solution for the same problem.
This time it is an online tool, known as Case Converter, you can type in or paste it from any source, later simply click on the desired case and get the results.
Here is a snapshot which shows the interface, and in the lower part of it you can see different results after conversion.

Once you got your text in the desired case, you can download the text in txt file using the button on the bottom left of the editor.
If your source text has some hyperlinks in it, that would be lost, so keep that in mind.
If somehow they make an arrangement to preserve the hyperlinks as well, the tool would be more efficient and useful.

Thanks for sharing, I used to do that in MS Office before. Office comes up with a built-in feature of changing case just by using Shift + F3 keys. It supports lower case, upper case and proper case
