Open ++ Avanced customization with Right Click Menu Context
Open ++ is a free windows software which allows you to add context menu with right clicks but then it takes it one level up. It lets you add any program which can execute with addition of Arguments, working directory , icons and association with type of files.

This gives a huge level of advantages over a traditional way of adding program menus in sidebar either using Send to Menu options or other ways. Its completely configurable and can be customized at any time. With standard variables and steps it might take a little time for you to understand it but this should be fine. Check out Open++
