Prevent Google and Facebook following you on the web : Safari Extension

Your web browsing habits are continuously tracked, not only you and the website you visit are aware of, rather several others know about it, like Google and Facebook. Incognito is an Extension for Safari web browser which can help you with this. Incognito once installed prevents such tracking.

So, what does it actually do, here is the feature list which helps us understand Incognito better –

  • Blocks Google Analytics on all web pages except Google’s own
  • Blocks Google AdSense on all web pages except Google’s own
  • Optionally blocks Facebook content on all web pages except Facebook’s own
  • Optionally blocks embedded YouTube movies on all web pages except YouTube’s own

Have a look at this snapshot below, it shows the Adsense being blocked by Incognito.
