Remindr : Get reminded on Twitter, eMail,Messenger and Phone at the same time
Remindr is a great service if reminding you just on phone calls is not enough. This service reminds you on Email, Phone, Your Messenger client like jabber and gtalk and if you are busy with Twitter and forget something important just follow the bot and it will remind you there also.
