Print Share is an interesting service which lets you print on a printer which is over another city or even country. Like if you have a document which you would like to print it at your home printer when you are away on a tour, this service can come handy.

The working is very simple. It installs a software on the computer which allows you to share any printer you have on their server. Once its recorded on the server any body else using the same service can send a pint document from his computer to your printer.

You can configure it ask for permissions before somebody prints it or you can also narrow down you search listing by your id. This makes sure nobody searches out your printer without your id.

I did not had a actual printer so I used my One Note printer and then asked Manav to see if he can send a print on my printer. And it worked. He did a search with my unique ID and when he prompted for print a notification was sent to me. After I accepted it printed the document he wanted to send to my printer.

You can Also get a preview and see the users connected to your printer. You can manually approve on by one. Moreover if you trust the user you can add it to your friend list so next time it does not need to get an approval before printing it. In case you want to secure it further just add password to the printer and give it people whom you trust.
