Send message to an IP Address Enviar mensaje a una dirección IP
IPMessage.net is a concept which allows you to send a message to any Ip address. IPMessage.net es un concepto que le permite enviar un mensaje a cualquier dirección IP. The message itself doesnt go to that ip address but when the person with that IP visits the same site he sees the message displayed for him. El mensaje en sí doesnt ir a esa dirección IP, pero cuando la persona con la IP que visita el mismo sitio que ve el mensaje con el texto para él.
The idea is simple and pretty unique as it not only tells your IP but also allows you to send message which you can use it for private or secret message. La idea es sencilla y bastante singular, ya que no sólo dice su IP, pero también le permite enviar el mensaje que se puede usar para privado o secreto mensaje. I am not sure if this is going to work if somebody is using proxy. No estoy seguro si esto va a funcionar si alguien está utilizando proxy.
So if you want to secretly send somebody a message and you know his or her Ip this can come in handy. Por lo tanto, si usted desea enviar a alguien en secreto un mensaje y usted sabe de su Ip esta puede venir de la mano. Try IP Message Trate de propiedad intelectual mensaje

Seriously though, there is a tool embedded in windows xp… net send.
