We might have some DropBox invitation ( Drop Box invites ) left to give it away for free. قد يكون لدينا بعض DropBox دعوة (الإطار تدعو قطرة) لترك إعطاء بعيدا لأنها حرة. Just comment and ask مجرد تعليق وأطلب
- You create a folder online. تقوم بإنشاء مجلد على شبكة الإنترنت.
- You decide whom to share with and invite him. أنت الذي تقرر لتقاسمها مع وأدعوه.

- The person whom you invited also uses the same software and Drop box creates only those folder he got shared. الشخص الذي كنت ودعت أيضا تستخدم نفس البرمجيات وقطرة مربع يخلق إلا ان حصل على مجلد مشترك.
- Now you drop a file into the folder and that person gets the folder directly downloaded on his computer. الآن لكم قطرة الملف في مجلد وهذا الشخص يحصل على المجلد تم تحميل مباشرة على جهاز الكمبيوتر الخاص به.
Now imagine you need to share a file with 100 users. الآن تخيل الحاجة إلى تقاسم ملف مع المستخدمين 100. If all use this method all 100 people just need to drop a file and everybody gets it without even going any where. وإذا كان جميع استخدام هذه الطريقة كل 100 شخص فقط تحتاج إلى انخفاض ملف وسيحصل الجميع على أنه حتى بدون أي حيث الذهاب.
Now let’s have a walk through of the Features of Dropbox الآن دعونا له المشي من خلال ملامح Dropbox
- You can decide who is going to share the data, in particular folder, once you allow someone to share, still rights to discontinue this sharing are with you يمكنك أن تقرر من الذي يجري لتقاسم البيانات ، ولا سيما في مجلد ، مرة واحدة لشخص ما تسمح لك نصيب ، لا يزال الإنسان لوقف هذا تقاسم معكم

- You can delete or modify files and get it back anytime as it maintains the versions of each change made. يمكنك حذف أو تعديل الملفات والحصول على إعادته في أي وقت لأنها تبقي على نسخ من كل تغيير.
- If you want to recover any deleted file , just go to the site and click Show file button of that shared folder.You will be able to see hidden files link. إذا كنت تريد لاسترداد حذف أي ملف ، فقط الذهاب الى الموقع وانقر على زر إظهار ملف من أن يشارك folder.You سيكون قادرا على رؤية الملفات المخفية صلة. Once you click that it will show the deleted files too in the list and deleted files can be recognized by the characteristic that these will not have any data in the size field of these files. وبمجرد النقر على أن تبدي اللجنة حذف الملفات أيضا في قائمة وحذف الملفات يمكن المعترف بها في هذه السمة التي لن يكون لها اي بيانات في الميدان من حجم هذه الملفات.
- You have a public folder too which can be used if you just want to share with every body. لديك مجلد العامة جدا التي يمكن استخدامها إذا كنت ترغب فقط في كل حصة مع الهيئة.
Over all Advantages : على جميع المزايا :
- Faster way to share files with any number of people. أسرع طريقة لمشاركة الملفات مع أي عدد من الناس.
- 5Gb is allotted which is good amount. 5Gb هو تخصيص مبلغ وهو امر جيد. Just keep on deleting older files in case you fall short. مجرد إبقاء على حذف الملفات في حالة كبار السن تقع قصيرة.
- More control who is sharing. الذي هو المزيد من السيطرة على تقاسم.

I wonder why Microsoft doesn’t offer this kind of integration with their “SkyDrive”. ولا ندري لماذا مايكروسوفت لا تقدم هذا النوع من التكامل مع "SkyDrive".
