Αρχεία μεριδίου σε συνεργασία με DropBox - αρπάξτε το σας προσκαλεί
Η διανομή των αρχείων στο διαδίκτυο είναι μια από τις πιό κοινές δραστηριότητες που αυτές τις μέρες. Εντούτοις υπάρχει λίγος έλεγχος σε ποιος διαβάζει τα αρχεία σας και όταν διανομή των αρχείων μεταξύ πολλών χρηστών, κάθε ανάγκη των χρηστών να πάνε και να τον αρπάξουν. Καλά όχι άλλος. Υποδοχή για να ρίξει το κιβώτιο DropBox , μια σε απευθείας σύνδεση συνεργάσιμη υπηρεσία που επιτρέπει σε σας για να μοιραστεί τα αρχεία με τα οποία θέλετε και επίσης εκδόσεις υποστηρίξεων σε περίπτωση που κάποιος αλλάζει το αρχείο με το οποίο μοιραστήκατε. Ηχεί περίπλοκος με επιτρέπει να το απλοποιήσω.

- Το λογισμικό παραθύρων πτώσης δημιουργεί ένα αντίγραφο του φακέλλου που δημιουργήσατε on-line και όλα τα αρχεία παίρνουν μεταφορτωμένα στο σύστημά σας. (Εν ολίγοις μετά από αυτήν την εγκατάσταση πρέπει να συνδέσετε τον απολογισμό σας με τον υπολογιστή σας.)
- Το πρόσωπο που προσκαλέσατε επίσης χρησιμοποιεί το ίδιο λογισμικό και ρίχνει το κιβώτιο δημιουργεί μόνο εκείνο τον φάκελλο που πήρε κοινός.
- Τώρα ρίχνετε ένα αρχείο στο φάκελλο και εκείνο το πρόσωπο παίρνει το φάκελλο μεταφορτωμένο άμεσα στον υπολογιστή του.
Τώρα φανταστείτε ότι πρέπει να μοιραστείτε ένα αρχείο με 100 χρήστες. Εάν όλοι χρησιμοποιούν αυτήν την μέθοδο και οι 100 άνθρωποι πρέπει ακριβώς να ρίξουν ένα αρχείο και καθένα το παίρνει χωρίς ακόμη και οποιουσδήποτε μετάβασης όπου.
Τώρα αφήστε; το s έχει έναν περίπατο κατευθείαν των χαρακτηριστικών γνωρισμάτων Dropbox
- Μπορείτε να αποφασίσετε ποιος πρόκειται να μοιραστεί τα στοιχεία, και ιδιαίτερα φάκελλος, μόλις επιτρέψετε σε κάποιο για να μοιραστείτε, ακόμα δικαιώματα να διακοπεί αυτή η διανομή είναι με σας
- Η προσθήκη των αρχείων στον κοινό φάκελλο είναι απλή, πρέπει ακριβώς να αντιγράψετε την κόλλα αυτό στον κοινό φάκελλο, μετά από αυτό μπορείτε να συνεχιστείτε με την εργασία σας, και Dropbox θα την φορτώσει σιωπηλά ώστε να κάνει διαθέσιμος σε άλλους συνεργάτες, και θα ειδοποιήσει μόλις φορτώστε τελειώνεται.
- You can delete or modify files and get it back anytime as it maintains the versions of each change made.
- If you want to recover any deleted file , just go to the site and click Show file button of that shared folder.You will be able to see hidden files link. Once you click that it will show the deleted files too in the list and deleted files can be recognized by the characteristic that these will not have any data in the size field of these files.
- You have a public folder too which can be used if you just want to share with every body.
Over all Advantages :
- Faster way to share files with any number of people.
- 5Gb is allotted which is good amount. Just keep on deleting older files in case you fall short.
- More control who is sharing.
- The installed component on the computer for Dropbox keeps updating itself silently, nothing is to be done by the user.
- While the files are being transported they follow an encryption algorithm to keep your data safe
- In case of the edited files, Dropbox saves the extra work by comparing it with the older version and only sends the minimum (i.e the difference).
Now here is little bad news, You just cant go directly and start using it. Its in Public Beta and hence you will need an invite. Once invited you can use it the way we told here

Well, it seems to be a simple and powerful idea. I definetly would like to try it…
I wonder why Microsoft doesn’t offer this kind of integration with their “SkyDrive”. Maybe the costs of supporting this kind of services is not low enough to be offered for free together with their other “live” services.
would also love an invite, dropbox looks like an exelent service for folder syncronisation and backup of data. 2 gigs seems like plenty of space for documents

Well, Dropbox would be pretty helpful in sharing files among my computers and people who I know.
