Aktien sparar i samarbete med dropBoxen - den din hastigt grepp inviterar
Att dela sparar på internet är en av de mest allmänningaktiviteterna som vi gör dessa dagar. However det finns kontrollerar lite på vem är läs- ditt sparar, och när den kommer till att dela sparar mellan många användare, varje användarebehov för att gå och hastigt grepp det. Välla fram inte mer. Välkomnandet som ska tappas, boxas DropBox , servar ett on-line kollaborativt som låter dig dela sparar med, vem du önskar och också stöttar versioner i fall att ändrar någon spara som du delade med. Låter invecklat låt mig förenklar det.
Vi kan har någon DropBoxinbjudan ( Tappa boxas inviterar), lämnat för att ge det bort för fritt. Den rättvisa kommentaren och frågar
- Du skapar en mapp direktanslutet.
- Du avgör vem att dela med och invitera honom.
- Han får inviteraen accepterar och får tar fram till den delade mappen.
- Tappa boxas programvara skapar en kopia av mappen som du skapade direktanslutet, och alla sparar får nedladdat på ditt system. (I kort stavelse, efter denna installation som du behöver att anknyta ditt konto med din dator.),
- Personen, som du som är inbjuden använder också, den samma programvaran, och tappar boxas skapar endast det mappen som han fick delad.
- Nu tappar du en spara in i mappen, och den person får mappen direkt nedladdad på hans dator.
Föreställ nu dig behov att dela en spara med 100 användare. Om alla använder denna metod, behöver allt 100 folket precis att tappa en spara, och alla får den, utan även att gå any var.
Låt nu? s har en gå igenom av särdragen av dropboxen
- Du kan avgöra vem går att dela datan, i synnerhet mappen, när du låter någon dela, stilla rätter som avbryter detta som delar, är med dig
- Tillfoga sparar till den delade mappen är enkelt, dig rättvist behov att kopiera deg det i den delade mappen, efter detta som du kan fortsätta med ditt arbete, och det dropboxen som tyst ska, upload den, för att göra tillgängligt till andra kollaboratörer och för att ska meddela, när uploaden avslutas.
- You can delete or modify files and get it back anytime as it maintains the versions of each change made.
- If you want to recover any deleted file , just go to the site and click Show file button of that shared folder.You will be able to see hidden files link. Once you click that it will show the deleted files too in the list and deleted files can be recognized by the characteristic that these will not have any data in the size field of these files.
- You have a public folder too which can be used if you just want to share with every body.
Over all Advantages :
- Faster way to share files with any number of people.
- 5Gb is allotted which is good amount. Just keep on deleting older files in case you fall short.
- More control who is sharing.
- The installed component on the computer for Dropbox keeps updating itself silently, nothing is to be done by the user.
- While the files are being transported they follow an encryption algorithm to keep your data safe
- In case of the edited files, Dropbox saves the extra work by comparing it with the older version and only sends the minimum (i.e the difference).
Now here is little bad news, You just cant go directly and start using it. Its in Public Beta and hence you will need an invite. Once invited you can use it the way we told here

Well, it seems to be a simple and powerful idea. I definetly would like to try it…
I wonder why Microsoft doesn’t offer this kind of integration with their “SkyDrive”. Maybe the costs of supporting this kind of services is not low enough to be offered for free together with their other “live” services.
would also love an invite, dropbox looks like an exelent service for folder syncronisation and backup of data. 2 gigs seems like plenty of space for documents

Well, Dropbox would be pretty helpful in sharing files among my computers and people who I know.
