Booking of a taxi might be still easy but to keep track of it, find nearest location for text and cancel it if plans changed is still pretty difficult. Tax Magic is one application iPhone lovers would love to use it. This application connects to  with taxi computer dispatch systems and depending on your location allows you to book a cab quickly.

We talked about Ride Finder service of Goggle yesterday which allows you to find taxi, limousine or shuttle near your are but it is still in beta and restricted in Atlanta, GA , San Francisco, CA and Washington, DC.

Once booked you can keep a complete track right from notification when you your tax started to cancel the taxi before it arrives.
