After the recent Pēc nesenā announcement of Acrobat Online Office Suite paziņošana par Acrobat Online Office Suite what attracted me best out of it the Acrobat Brio – An online Meeting Application which is integrated with it. to, kas piesaista mani labāko no tā Acrobat Brio - Tiešsaistes Tikšanās piemērošana, kas ir integrēts ar to. Though it allows only 3 people to connect together but its worth for a small group of users specially for us here. Lai gan tas ļauj tikai 3 cilvēkus, lai savienotu kopā, bet tā vērts, lai mazie lietotāju grupu speciāli mums šeit.

Other features which Includes Office Suite and Acrobat Share did not impress me that much. Citas funkcijas, kas ietver Office Suite un Acrobat Share nav ieskaidrot man, ka daudz. I would still prefer using Microsoft Office with Drop Box for collaboration which is the fastest of all, but there is no match for the meeting feature it has. Es joprojām izvēlas, izmantojot Microsoft Office ar Drop Box "attiecībā uz sadarbību, kas ir ātrākais no visiem, bet nav spēles par sanāksmi iezīme tā ir. I am totally blown with the simplicity and effectiveness. Es esmu pilnīgi izplaucis ar vienkāršību un efektivitāti.

It includes voice, webcam, desktop sharing and chat, almost everything one would require for an online meeting. Tā ietver balss, webcam, Desktop koplietošana un tērzēt, gandrīz viss vienā būtu nepieciešams tiešsaistes sanāksmē. If you have an good internet speed Acrobat Brio will work like a charm. But it has many limitations on the other side: Taču tā ir daudz ierobežojumu, no otras puses:

1. Only 3 people connect with each other. Tikai 3 cilvēkiem sazināties vienam ar otru.
2. You can not convert more than 5 dcoument into PDF. Nevar pārvērst vairāk nekā 5 dcoument vērā PDF. ( NOW is adobe running out of resource  ? ) (NOW ir Adobe sāk resursu?)
3. Google Docs got search inbuilt but Acrobat doesnt have it. Google Docs got meklēt inbuilt bet Acrobat doesn't to.
4. How about browsers or people who block FLASH ? Kā par pārlūkprogrammām vai cilvēki, kas kavē FLASH?

Its good try and Acrobat might need to do something about it soon if they really want to compete.  But still You better give it a try and see how it suits you. Tās labi mēģināt Acrobat vajadzētu kaut ko darīt par to drīz, ja tās patiešām vēlas konkurēt. Bet vēl Jūs labāk tam izmēģināt un redzēt, kā tā ir piemērota Jums.
