After the recent Etter den siste announcement of Acrobat Online Office Suite utlysing av Acrobat Online Office Suite what attracted me best out of it the Acrobat Brio – An online Meeting Application which is integrated with it. hva som tiltrakk meg best ut av det Acrobat Brio - en nettbasert møteplass program som er integrert med den. Though it allows only 3 people to connect together but its worth for a small group of users specially for us here. Selv om det gir bare 3 personer til å koble sammen, men det er verdt for en liten gruppe brukere spesielt for oss her.

Other features which Includes Office Suite and Acrobat Share did not impress me that much. Andre funksjoner som inkluderer Office Suite og Acrobat Del gjorde ikke inntrykk på meg så mye. I would still prefer using Microsoft Office with Drop Box for collaboration which is the fastest of all, but there is no match for the meeting feature it has. Jeg vil likevel foretrekker å bruke Microsoft Office med Slippeboks for samarbeid som er den raskeste av alle, men det er ingen match for møtet funksjon den har. I am totally blown with the simplicity and effectiveness. Jeg er helt blåst med enkelhet og effektivitet.

It includes voice, webcam, desktop sharing and chat, almost everything one would require for an online meeting. Det inkluderer stemme, webcam, desktop deling og chat, nesten alt man trenger for en nettbasert møteplass. If you have an good internet speed Acrobat Brio will work like a charm. Hvis du har en god internett hastighet Acrobat Brio vil fungere som en sjarm.

But it has many limitations on the other side: Men den har mange begrensninger på den andre siden:

1. Only 3 people connect with each other. Bare 3 personer kontakt med hverandre.
2. You can not convert more than 5 dcoument into PDF. Du kan ikke regne mer enn 5 dcoument til PDF. ( NOW is adobe running out of resource  ? ) (Nå Adobe kjører ut av ressursen?)
3. Google Docs got search inbuilt but Acrobat doesnt have it. Google Docs har søk inbuilt men Acrobat ikke har det.
4. How about browsers or people who block FLASH ? Hva med nettlesere eller personer som blokkere flash?

Its good try and Acrobat might need to do something about it soon if they really want to compete.  But still You better give it a try and see how it suits you. Sitt gode prøver og Acrobat må kanskje gjøre noe med det snart hvis de virkelig ønsker å konkurrere. Men fortsatt Du bedre prøve og se hvordan det passer deg.
