The i of Flickr Search

Flickr has rolled out a new feature in  flickr search which puts an  “i” on every image.  Its definitely an eye for the images displayed because of the information it gives out.

So what does it mean for the end user?  This i is pretty useful when you click on it. It not only gives you preview of the image in little bigger size but also gives meta information like number of view, comments, faves,  tags and  when it was taken.

Apart from this, you would also see more information or rather say it as Related Search result in terms of category, members etc. is shown.

I find the “i” feature pretty useful for the flickr result. What do you think about it ?
