Download and install Screen Tweet, if you don’t have the Adobe AIR installed already, you will need to do that as well.

There are several ways to post an image using Screen Tweet, you can directly capture the full screen snapshot, browse the file to be uploaded, paste from some the image editor, or simply drag and drop.

Enter the Twitter handle, and password, click ‘Upload’.

As soon as the uploading is done, a new page automatically opens in your browser, here you can add text to be updated, and also use pointers to describe something in the image, and if you wish an audio file (.mp3, less than 5MBs only) can be added as well.
