Tweet with audio in your updates: Chirps
Chirps is an awesome online tool, which almost effortlessly allows you to Tweet with an audio link embedded in it. This audio can be embedded in your tweet either by recording it, or you can use a track already on your computer.
Working with Chirps is simple, as soon as you reach to its homepage; you get to see an interface as shown below.

Here you can either upload a file (mp3, wav, wma, acc, ogg file formats supported) from local storage device or you can use the interface to record a sound track. Add some text to your Tweet in the field shown above.
Once done with these steps, allow Chir.ps to access your Twitter account by giving your username and password. That’s it, soon your Tweet with a link to your audio file will be posted, and clicking on the link one can listen to the audio track and download it if interested.
There is a ‘Settings’ tab as shown in the snapshot above, there you can get an email address. You can directly Tweet an audio file by sending it to this email address from your email account, the subject line entered while sending this email becomes the text attached to tweeted audio.
To send an audio using iPhone, you can check out this link.
So go ahead and express yourself better on Twitter with the audio Tweets. Do share with us how you did like the service.
