Want to grab some amusing knowledge, Try Unnecessary Knowledge

Have a look at these -

  • “China has more English speakers than the United States.”
  • “315 entries in Webster’s 1996 dictionary were misspelled.”
  • “If you are locked in a completely sealed room, you will die of carbon dioxide poisoning first before you will die of oxygen deprivation.”
  • “Did you know that crocodiles never outgrow the pool in which they live?”

These are just a couple of sentences out of 2210, unnecessary knowledge available on the site. The interface of site is pretty simple, no registration is required just point your browser to the site and start.

unnecessary-knowledge

You can vote for every unnecessary bit of information flashing on your screen, voting takes you to the next information, you can also write comments on every information, and upload new information.

However, the site does not claim anything like, how genuine the information is, yet some of them seem to be true.

Try it, in your leisure. I found it addictive, irrespective of the genuineness of information, I liked viewing the information. Do share with us, how you liked it.
