Its been few days I had started using IMAP and Outlook 2007 for my Gmail accounts and I was actually surprised to see that the mails that I used to delete from outlook was not deleted from Gmail account. تم خلال الايام القليلة دورته كنت قد بدأت باستخدام IMAP وتوقعات عام 2007 لحسابات Gmail بلدي وكنت أنا مندهش حقا من أن نرى أن الرسائل التي استعملتها لحذف من التوقعات لم تحذف من حساب Gmail. Instead they were archived by default. وبدلا من انهم المحفوظة من قبل التقصير.

I checked the ALL Mail link in Gmail and found all the deleted mails were residing right there instead of going to trash. The point is by default Outlook does not delete the mails  from the mail server unless you ask it to do so. أنا دققت في ربط كل البريد Gmail والعثور على حذف كل الرسائل كانت هناك يقيمون الحق بدلا من الذهاب إلى القمامة. النقطة هو تقصير من جانب توقعات لا حذف الرسائل من خادم البريد إلا إذا كنت أطلب أن تفعل ذلك.

So now what you need to do if you want to delete the mails actually from your mail server when you delete any mails from outlook ?  The answer to this is purging. حتى الآن ما عليك القيام به إذا كنت تريد فعلا حذف الرسائل من خادم البريد الخاص بك عندما قمت بحذف أي رسائل من التوقعات؟ الجواب على هذا هو تطهيره.

In your mail account setting where you provide your Organization name and reply to email id, underneath that you will see the option of purging. في حساب بريدك فيه لكم الخاصة بك تقديم اسم المنظمة والرد على البريد الإلكتروني ، تحت سترون أن خيار للتطهير. Lets see what it says : دعونا نرى ماذا تقول :

When you switch to another folder, the items marked for deletion in the original folder are permanently deleted on the  server. عند التحول إلى مجلد آخر ، البنود للحذف في مجلد الأصلي بشكل دائم حذف على الخادم. Items will not be permanently removed when switching folders offline. البنود لن يكون بشكل دائم عند التبديل إزالة المجلدات دون اتصال.

That’s it. هذا كل شيء. So if you keep the purging option on, the mails will be actually get deleted from your mail server. حتى إذا كنت إبقاء على الخيار تطهير ، والرسائل سيكون في الواقع الحصول على حذفها من خادم البريد الخاص بك.
