I would agree with Boss. Its difficult to get complete details of any person by just IP address. Moreover IP addresses are not static which makes it further difficult to track any person.

I think you can know that in which area it is located but you can get full adress and phone number of this users . but if you area IT guru than it is a normal task . Most of these things comes in sensitive information and gov get access to these things . Like police cbi etc .

Don't you think Gimp is little big file for this purpose . Is there any special application in small size to perform this task .

I think you can use gimp tol for this buddy . With that you can easily reduce big files size and resize them too . You can find many online tools also . Search fo4r resize image and check tools in google .

They will resize you images files as well as resolution of picture too . But if you want something perfect than download gimp tool .

Like I have blog and I want to upload 50 to 75 images per post . So to make the blog post upload faster I want to decrease image file size without loosing graphics quality .

Most of the time I copy images and than convert them in JPEG format to decrease file size but in this process we lose graphic qualities too .

Can you tell us some method by which we can decrease file size and get good quality output .

And how much percent file size can be decreased ........

I want to know that is it possible that we can know that home address or phone number of the person who is abusing us and we have got his IP adress .
