If you had already checked out Bing Maps, Bing Maps 3D is a plugin which lets you explore Maps in 3D and you can have a better experience in if you do have a 3D rendering card.Once Installed it adds the ability in the browser to render buildings, places and objects in 3d mode.
You can imagine yourself surfing around like in 3D movies. You can download it from here and after installation you are given choices of changing your home page and default search engine which you can un check if you dont want to. You get a shortcut created on the desktop which can be used to launch the 3D enabled Bing Maps.
