Getting this into regular life is little difficult but you can get it on your desktop so that other windows which pop and jump and ring now and then by using Cinema Drape. An excellent software which gets you full screen windows with rest of windows and anything on windows just blacked out like Word War times.
Like you see in the above screen shot there is only a portion of Windows show, forget about rest of tabs and pings and rings and all stuff. So you see what you need to see and do what you need to do.
Yes the windows can be re-sized to get a bigger view and what fits you need. Just move your mouse around the brightened corners to grab the sizer.
