We had talked about some of the faster copy solution like Terra Copy before which sits on the windows copy making the complete process transparent and faster but somtimes you need to automate tasks for copying or moving.
Super Copy is another copy solution which lets you copy files from one directory to another but what is noticing about this software is that it lets you create scripts based on your source, destination and other copy options you select.
This way if you need to copy over the same files again and again, you can just run the script manually by double clicking it or run it with a windows scheduler every day at an appropriate time.
