HashAlbum is an interesting tool for twitter which lets you find images / pictures on twitter using a hashtag such as #kintect, it brings all the pictures which Twitter users shared on twitter on public level.
What is interesting is the stats it gives i.e. Number of photos, how many views and a Unique url for the hashtag which gets updated in real-time with power of finding the popular and new images inspired by the hashtag. It also tells you who actually started the tag first.
So ultimately if you want to create a photo album of yours on Twitter, just have a unique handle of yours and you are done. However this anybody else tweeting with same hashtag is also included in that.
