We have been talking about several Photo editing tools and several tools to have fun with your photos.
Recently I came across another tool for photo editing, which is damn simple and easy to use, and is especially useful if you don’t have much idea of editing and playing around with your photos.
Shutterfly Studio is an awesome application, damn simple to use, and several effects can be added just in one click.
Once installed and launched, you get to see the window which has the ‘Get Pictures’ button in top right of the window, using this you can import the photos to Shutterfly Studio either from your Camera, Memory card or from your HDD.
The options provided by the toolbar above are, viewing the photo info, launch the edit photo wizard, create a collage, order high quality print of your photos, share them, upload to Shutterfly or play to see all the photos.
You can start editing the photos using the toolbar as shown in above snapshot, later you can edit your photos using simple tools like crop, straighten, removing red eye etc., also you can refine and add effects to your photos.
The refine tab of editing panel has some really nice options as shown below.
And all the options can be used by slide bar.
There are other options in Shutterfly Studio like search (using the search tab) for particular photo among the ones loaded in it, you can compare two photos and choose the better one and save it as favorite. These options can be browsed using the tools tab.
Also if you want you can create collages from your photos and there are several templates for creating collages.
Shutterfly Studio is definitely a nice tool for photo editing. The best part I liked about it is, that it allows you to preview the effect you are going to apply by displaying the after effects on the half of photo, as shown below.
So, go ahead and give it a try, I am sure you wil like it, moreover there are several features in Shutterfly Studio which need to be explored.
